    What inspired you to start a scholarship for the Men of Morehouse?

     My name is Mduduzi Hlatshwayo. Raised in Redwood City, California, I graduated from Morehouse College in 2017 with a degree in Business Administration, concentration in Marketing with a minor in Sales. As a Morehouse Man, I understand that not only is it important to know where you're going, but also where you came from. 

    I wholeheartedly believe in the phrase "It takes a village". The life-long friends I've made throughout my years of life and, most importantly, my family, who continue to push me to be the best version of myself every day, have shaped the man I have become. Without this support system, who knows where I could have ended up, or not ended up. 

    Likewise, to what my village has continued to provide for me, I want to provide for future Morehouse Men.
